Here’s how our mobile vet service works:

  1. Register with us
    Get in touch by phone or through our contact form. Registration is free and quick.

  2. Request an appointment
    We’ll then contact you to arrange a convenient day. Appointments are usually available within a day or two, and same day appointments are often possible for urgent cases. You’ll be given a date and rough time, with a more exact time confirmed the day before once our route is planned. We’ll message or call when we’re on our way.

  3. We come to you
    Our fully equipped mobile vet clinic arrives at your home – all we need is a safe parking space. For cats, please keep them in one room before we arrive so they don’t sneak off at the wrong moment.

  4. Gentle care
    We take time to get to know your pet, carry out their checks, explain our findings and discuss treatment options, all in the comfort of your home.

  5. Ongoing support
    We’ll keep in touch with results, follow ups and advice whenever you need us.
